Public Notice

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) is amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan. The state adds the 1905(a)(29) Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) benefit of the SUPPORT Act to the Kansas Medicaid State Plan.

The proposed effective date of the state plan amendment (SPA) is October 1, 2020, pending Section 1135 approval.
